Shakuni to take bumper openings!

Karthi's Shakuni hits the screens this weekend like a big Telugu film. The film has bagged about 46 screens in Hyderabad city alone. Karthi has meticulously built up his image in Andhra Pradesh, by focusing more on this market.

Mastering Telugu language in no time, he has started dubbing his voice for films including his upcomingShakuni , a political thriller. No wonder that he's Tollywood’s favourite non-Telugu young star today among Telugu youth.  

The film is releasing on 22nd June and the trade is positive that it would take bumper opening. Most of his dubbed Telugu films from Y uganiki Okkadu, Naa Peru Shiva, to Awaara have created quite a buzz in Andhra Pradesh.

Shakuni is directed by debutant Shankar Dayal, produced by Studio Green Gnanavel Raja and Bellamkonda Suresh. Pranitha is playing the leading lady in this film.
